  • Maggy Lombardi

Maggy developed a love for fitness as a teenager, after struggling with a weight problem for most of her childhood. As a teenager she began competing as a long distance runner. Along with running she began taking fitness classes to help improve her fitness. Eventually she loved the fitness classes more than running and became certified with Ace and AFFA to become a fitness instructor. Maggy’s classes have always been very popular because of her friendly upbeat teaching style. After teaching all types of fitness classes in Orange County she also was hired to be a fitness coordinator/manager at a very large gym in Costa Mesa. It was a natural for her to also fall in love with Pilates because it’s exercise that everyone can do for the rest of their lives. Maggy enjoys getting to know her clients, developing a personal relationship with them and helping them fall in love with fitness and Pilates. She is Stott Certified on all of the Pilates equipment, is PMA Certified, TRX trained, Trigger point trained, Stott Injuries and Special Populations trained, and certified with AFFA. She loves Anatomy and learning all things about the body.

  • Micki Hastings

My neurosurgeon first recommended Pilates to me after I had cervical surgery on my spinal column,C-3 thru C-7. My spinal cord had no protective bone at this area and I was becoming paralyzed. The surgeon added a shiny new four inch Titanium plate to my spine, and sent me to Pilates... LOVED PILATES! I finally made the change in my career by attending the Pure Pilates Certification Program here in Laguna Niguel, where I have lived with my family for 20 years. My favorite instructor/teacher of the certification program stated I had a real passion for Pilates, and I do; it's been a lifesaver/game changer for me! I want to share the joy and freedom Pilates has provided for me with everyone!

  • Janelle Alhanati

Janelle began practicing Pilates in 2008, after having her second son. She discovered Pilates while looking for an effective workout that she could do while dealing with an autoimmune disease. Janelle fell in love with Pilates right away. She loves how Pilates offers whole body integration and mind body connection. She also loves how Pilates retrains the body to move more efficiently, increasing flexibility and balance. What Janelle loves the most though, is that everybody can do Pilates, and everybody can benefit from doing it. When she had the opportunity to become a Pilates instructor, she took it and never looked back. As a certified Pilates instructor, Janelle loves being able to teach a practice she believes in so strongly. She enjoys helping people not only look better but feel better, too. Janelle moved to California from Mexico in 2011. In her free time, she spends time with her family, friends, and dogs.

Jasmine loves the energy her classes bring and the effort each member puts in when they enter the studio doors. She loves that Pilates is an effective way to get people moving and looks forward to continuing to help members reach their goals through Pilates.

  • Nora

Nora has always enjoyed exercise, especially in the activities of running and hiking. In 2015, after tolerating a long-term injury which caused her to stop running years earlier, Nora discovered Pilates. She explored Pilates as a way to effectively gain core strength, improve flexibility, tone and lengthen her muscles, without risking the injuries associated with high impact exercise. Pilates was the perfect fit for her active lifestyle. After retiring from a career with the Government, she began searching for her next career in something she believed in, enjoyed, and was beneficial to others. She found this to be Pilates, and the best way to share this was to become an instructor.
